Oil change
Standard, blend or full synthetic, with a courtesy inspection while the car is already on the lift.
What you might be noticing
If any of these sound like your car, this is the right page.
- The sticker says you are due
Or the dash reminder is on. Either is reason enough.
- Oil looks black on the dipstick
Fresh oil is amber. Black and gritty means it has stopped protecting.
- Engine sounds louder than usual
Thin, dirty oil lets metal run closer to metal.
- You are about to drive a long way
Cheapest insurance before a road trip.
What we do
- Old oil and filter replaced
- Chassis lubricated to manufacturer spec
- Fluid levels topped off
- Belts, hoses and battery checked
- Tire pressure set
Questions we get
- Do I need full synthetic?
- If your manufacturer calls for it, yes. If not, we will tell you what your engine actually needs instead of upselling you.
- How long can I go between changes?
- Follow the interval in your owner's manual. Minnesota winters and short trips are hard on oil, so shorter is safer than longer.
- Can I wait for it?
- Yes. Most oil changes are done inside 45 minutes and every shop has a waiting area.
- Do you take the Oil Change Club Card?
- Yes, at every tire and auto location. It prices your next several visits up front.
